Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable fintech applications and financial technology services.
• Build scalable APIs and backend services supporting payment and financial workflows.
• Integrate internal platforms with banking, payment, identity, and third-party financial systems.
• Develop secure services capable of processing high volumes of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, analysts, cybersecurity specialists, and QA professionals.
• Investigate production incidents and implement sustainable technical solutions.
• Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and observability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration practices.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to cloud-based infrastructure and modern DevOps practices where required.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, Kotlin, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of software security and secure development practices.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Previous exposure to banking, payments, fintech, or other regulated technology environments is beneficial.
