Role Summary

The Embedded Finance Solutions Specialist will support the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of financial services integrated into third-party digital platforms. The role involves working with product, engineering, operations and commercial teams to ensure that embedded financial solutions operate effectively and meet business and customer requirements.

The successful candidate will help coordinate financial product integrations, assess operational requirements, document solution workflows and support the delivery of services such as digital payments, account services, financing capabilities and financial data connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of embedded financial services within digital business platforms and third-party applications.

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical financial technology solution specifications.

• Coordinate with engineering teams on API integrations, payment connectivity and financial service configuration.

• Assist in evaluating potential banking, payment and technology partners for integration suitability.

• Document end-to-end financial workflows, integration requirements and operational procedures.

• Monitor the performance of embedded finance services and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Investigate integration issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant technical teams.

• Support testing activities before new financial capabilities are released into production.

• Work with product managers to improve financial service functionality and customer experience.

• Assist with partner onboarding, technical documentation and implementation planning.

• Maintain accurate records of integration progress, operational issues and solution changes.

• Ensure that implemented services follow applicable financial, data protection and operational requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in fintech, financial services, digital banking, payment technology or financial product implementation.

• Understanding of embedded finance, banking integrations, payment services or API-driven financial products.

• Familiarity with API documentation, integration workflows and digital financial platforms.

• Ability to analyse business requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly.

• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external technology partners.

• Knowledge of financial data protection and regulatory considerations is an advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
