We are looking for a Digital Finance Product Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team developing intuitive, secure, and technically sophisticated financial products.

This position combines software engineering with strong product awareness. You will not simply implement predefined specifications; you will work alongside product managers, designers, analysts, and financial specialists to determine how technology can solve genuine customer and business problems.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop customer-facing financial applications and supporting services.
• Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build account, payment, onboarding, transaction, and financial-management features.
• Develop secure APIs and application services.
• Collaborate with product managers to refine technical and functional requirements.
• Work closely with designers to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
• Integrate internal platforms with external financial-service providers.
• Build automated tests across unit, integration, and application layers.
• Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve customer experience.
• Participate in product discovery, technical estimation, planning, and delivery.
• Maintain clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Contribute to security, privacy, accessibility, and reliability improvements.

Technical Experience

Strong experience with several of the following is expected:

• TypeScript / JavaScript
• React, Next.js, or comparable frontend technologies
• Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, or Node.js
• REST and event-driven APIs
• PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases
• Cloud platforms
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Automated testing
• CI/CD
• Git and modern engineering workflows

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of professional software-development experience.
• Experience delivering digital products in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, or another regulated/data-sensitive industry.
• Strong understanding of modern application architecture.
• Ability to balance customer requirements with technical constraints.
• Strong product thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable collaborating with non-engineering stakeholders.
• Strong attention to quality, security, and usability.
• Professional English communication skills.
