A growing fintech organisation in Estonia is looking for a Digital Banking Operations Specialist to support the smooth delivery of digital banking and financial services.

The position combines operational expertise, financial technology, transaction monitoring, customer support, and process improvement. It is suited to a professional who is comfortable working with financial systems and understands the importance of accuracy in every transaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor daily digital-banking and financial-service operations.
• Review account, payment, transfer, and transaction workflows.
• Investigate operational exceptions and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Support payment processing, reconciliation, and settlement activities.
• Review transaction information and escalate unusual cases through established procedures.
• Coordinate with customer service, compliance, finance, and technology teams.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Assist with account-related processes and service requests.
• Monitor operational queues and ensure cases are handled within agreed procedures.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend practical process improvements.
• Assist with testing new banking features and operational system updates.
• Prepare regular operational reports and performance information.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in banking operations, fintech, payments, financial services, or a related environment.
• Understanding of digital banking and payment processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with financial platforms, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and operational dashboards.
• Ability to investigate issues methodically and document findings clearly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional English; knowledge of European financial-services processes is advantageous.
