We are looking for a Digital Assets Engineering Lead to build sophisticated blockchain-powered products connecting traditional financial services with programmable digital assets.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position for an engineer who understands that institutional blockchain products require more than smart contracts—they require dependable APIs, secure custody integrations, transaction monitoring, robust data infrastructure, and production-grade engineering.

What You Will Own

• Lead engineering initiatives across blockchain and digital-asset products.
• Build and maintain blockchain integrations across multiple networks.
• Develop services for transaction processing, wallet infrastructure, asset movements, and blockchain data.
• Design secure APIs connecting blockchain infrastructure with financial applications.
• Oversee smart-contract deployment and lifecycle management.
• Establish engineering standards for testing, observability, reliability, and security.
• Work closely with product teams to convert complex digital-asset requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Investigate blockchain performance issues and coordinate production incident resolution.
• Mentor senior engineers and contribute to technical hiring and team development.
• Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and determine their practical application.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Significant production experience with blockchain or Web3 infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of EVM-based systems and smart contracts.
• Experience designing distributed, API-driven systems.
• Understanding of blockchain transaction lifecycles, wallet architecture, and digital-asset infrastructure.
• Strong software-development practices, including automated testing and CI/CD.
• Ability to lead technically while remaining comfortable contributing directly to complex engineering work.
• Professional-level English and strong written technical communication.
