We are seeking a Blockchain Infrastructure Engineer to build and operate resilient infrastructure supporting high-performance blockchain networks, digital-asset applications, and distributed financial systems.

This role is designed for an infrastructure engineer who understands that production blockchain environments require the same engineering discipline as critical financial systems: automation, observability, security, reliability, and controlled deployment.

The Role

You will own infrastructure across blockchain nodes, cloud environments, deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and network services. Working closely with software engineers and security specialists, you will create an environment capable of supporting demanding blockchain workloads at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain blockchain nodes across production environments.
• Design highly available infrastructure for blockchain applications and services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and recovery.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for blockchain-related applications and infrastructure.
• Implement comprehensive observability across nodes, APIs, services, and infrastructure.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and operating costs.
• Develop disaster-recovery and business-continuity procedures.
• Strengthen infrastructure security through access controls, secrets management, and network segmentation.
• Investigate production incidents and coordinate technical remediation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on blockchain protocol integrations.
• Evaluate new infrastructure technologies and blockchain networks.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Practical experience operating production-grade distributed systems.
• Strong Kubernetes and cloud-infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with blockchain nodes or Web3 infrastructure.
• Strong Linux, networking, automation, and observability skills.
• Understanding of security principles for financial or distributed systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems independently.
