Position Overview

The Designer will create sophisticated, user-focused web experiences for digital banking and financial technology platforms. This role combines visual design, user experience, interface architecture, accessibility, and modern web technologies to deliver secure and intuitive digital financial journeys.

The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, software engineers, UX researchers, and financial-services specialists to design websites and web applications that make complex financial products easier for customers and businesses to understand and use.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern and responsive websites for fintech and digital-banking platforms.
• Create intuitive user interfaces for account management, financial dashboards, payments, and digital financial services.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Improve customer journeys across onboarding, account access, transactions, and financial-product discovery.
• Create visually consistent design systems for web-based financial platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
• Design dashboards that present balances, transactions, financial insights, and account information clearly.
• Apply responsive-design principles across desktop, tablet, and mobile environments.
• Ensure designs support accessibility and usability requirements.
• Conduct usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer experiences.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into practical web interfaces.
• Maintain consistency across typography, layouts, navigation, components, and interaction patterns.
• Support continuous optimization based on customer feedback and product-performance data.
