Position Overview

The Designer will lead creative web and digital-design initiatives supporting innovative fintech products and technology-driven financial services. The role combines web design, visual identity, product interfaces, brand communication, and digital innovation.

The successful candidate will help transform complex fintech concepts—including AI-powered financial tools, investment platforms, digital banking services, and financial-management applications—into visually compelling and understandable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality websites for fintech products and financial-technology platforms.
• Develop visual concepts that communicate complex financial products clearly.
• Create and maintain brand-consistent design systems.
• Design landing pages, product websites, dashboards, and customer portals.
• Develop visual identity elements for new fintech products and digital services.
• Create prototypes and interactive design concepts for new web experiences.
• Work with product teams to improve usability and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns and web content.
• Design interfaces for financial dashboards, analytics platforms, and AI-powered financial tools.
• Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and optimized for modern browsers.
• Conduct design reviews and maintain high visual-quality standards.
• Translate user research and business objectives into effective design solutions.
• Support the launch of new fintech products through engaging web experiences.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth design-to-development handover.
• Monitor modern design trends and emerging technologies relevant to fintech.
