The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, sophisticated digital experiences for financial applications in Estonia. This role is ideal for a designer who understands that financial products require more than attractive interfaces—they require clarity, trust, accessibility, consistency, and careful information architecture.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and financial-domain specialists to transform complex workflows into clear and efficient user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for financial applications and digital platforms.
• Create user flows, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Translate complex financial processes into intuitive user journeys.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
• Develop and maintain scalable UI components and design-system standards.
• Design responsive experiences across web and mobile environments.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Analyse user behaviour and product data to identify opportunities for UX improvement.
• Establish consistent interaction patterns across financial dashboards, account-management tools, payment flows, and transaction interfaces.
• Produce detailed design specifications and documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and communicate design decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
• Continuously improve accessibility, usability, performance, and overall product experience.

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital-product design.
• Experience with Figma and modern prototyping/design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing dashboards, data-rich interfaces, SaaS products, fintech, banking, payments, or other complex applications is highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
• Ability to work effectively with product and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
