The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and technically fluent Crypto Wallet Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of cryptocurrency wallet products.

You will own the product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap definition through development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, security, compliance, operations, and commercial teams.

Product Leadership

• Define the wallet product vision, roadmap, priorities, and measurable objectives.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into practical product requirements.
• Lead discovery and prioritisation of new wallet features.
• Manage product backlogs and coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
• Establish product KPIs and analyse adoption, engagement, reliability, and service performance.
• Lead product launches and post-release optimisation.

Wallet & Blockchain Responsibilities

• Oversee development of wallet functionality for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and transaction tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on blockchain integrations and wallet infrastructure.
• Evaluate new blockchain networks and digital assets for potential product support.
• Ensure wallet experiences balance usability, security, and operational requirements.
• Work with technical teams on APIs and integrations supporting wallet functionality.

Governance & Risk

• Partner with security and compliance teams throughout product development.
• Ensure appropriate authentication, transaction-authorisation, and access-control requirements are incorporated.
• Support product risk assessments and operational-readiness reviews.
• Maintain clear product documentation and governance processes.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of product-management experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, payments, banking, or technology.
• Demonstrated experience managing technology products through the full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency wallets and blockchain transactions.
• Experience working with engineering and UX teams.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, authentication, and financial technology systems.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication abilities.

Leadership Approach

You should be comfortable operating between business and technology, turning complex digital-asset requirements into clear priorities and deliverable product initiatives.
