About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Crypto Wallet Operations Manager to lead the operational function supporting digital-asset wallets, cryptocurrency transactions, account administration, and wallet-service processes.

This is a senior managerial position requiring strong knowledge of cryptocurrency operations, transaction workflows, blockchain infrastructure, operational risk, and customer-asset controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for cryptocurrency wallet services and transaction processing.
• Oversee deposits, withdrawals, transfers, transaction reviews, and exception handling.
• Establish operational procedures for wallet administration and transaction controls.
• Monitor transaction queues, blockchain confirmations, failed transactions, and operational exceptions.
• Coordinate with engineering, compliance, risk, finance, and customer-support teams.
• Maintain strong controls around wallet access, transaction approvals, and operational permissions.
• Oversee reconciliation between internal wallet records and blockchain activity.
• Develop operational KPIs and regularly assess service performance.
• Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and operational-control assessments.
• Lead, coach, and develop wallet operations personnel.
• Identify process weaknesses and implement improvements to operational efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, banking, or financial operations.
• Previous experience managing an operational team or digital-asset function.
• Strong understanding of blockchain transactions and cryptocurrency wallet architecture.
• Knowledge of hot wallets, cold storage, transaction confirmations, and blockchain explorers.
• Experience with operational risk, reconciliation, and transaction controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Professional English; additional European-language capability is advantageous.
