Position Overview

A forward-looking financial technology organization is seeking a Fintech Transformation Consultant to support strategic initiatives involving digitalization, process redesign, technology implementation, automation, and financial-service modernization. The role is designed for a professional who can bridge business requirements and technology execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing financial processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Design target operating models for technology-enabled financial services.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical transformation initiatives.
• Support implementation of automation, APIs, workflow platforms, and data-driven solutions.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving technology, finance, operations, risk, and compliance.
• Assess technology solutions and evaluate their operational and commercial implications.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen customer experiences.
• Monitor transformation programs against timelines, budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders to identify process and technology requirements.
• Prepare executive presentations and progress reports.
• Support organizational change, process adoption, and post-implementation optimization.

• Strong combination of business, technology, and financial-services knowledge.
• Excellent project-management and analytical capabilities.
• Comfortable operating between technical teams and business leadership.
• Strong presentation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple dependencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in fintech, banking, consulting, digital transformation, or financial technology.
• Experience with process mapping, operating-model design, project delivery, or technology implementation.
• Knowledge of payments, digital banking, cloud platforms, APIs, automation, or financial infrastructure is advantageous.
