Role Overview
The Consultant will advise fintech and financial-services teams on technology transformation, operational improvement, product strategy, and digital financial initiatives. The position requires the ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess business and operational processes across financial technology environments.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization.
• Conduct market, competitor, and technology research.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into structured recommendations.
• Develop strategic reports, presentations, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate fintech technologies, platforms, vendors, and integration opportunities.
• Support digital banking, payments, financial-data, and automation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Assess project risks, dependencies, costs, and potential business outcomes.
• Monitor implementation progress against agreed objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Develop practical frameworks for improving efficiency, customer experience, and technology adoption.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in fintech, banking, consulting, technology, or financial transformation.
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent business-writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand both technical and commercial requirements.
• Strong project and stakeholder-management capabilities.
