Role Overview
The Compliance Technology Manager will lead technology initiatives designed to strengthen compliance operations across a fintech organization. The role combines regulatory strategy, technology management, process transformation, vendor coordination, and automation to create more effective compliance infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategies supporting regulatory and compliance objectives.
• Lead implementation of compliance-management, screening, monitoring, and reporting platforms.
• Translate regulatory requirements into technology roadmaps and implementation priorities.
• Manage projects involving compliance automation and digital transformation.
• Coordinate with engineering, data, cybersecurity, legal, risk, and compliance teams.
• Evaluate RegTech vendors, platforms, integrations, and technology solutions.
• Establish technology controls supporting compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Oversee system testing, implementation, change management, and operational readiness.
• Monitor performance and effectiveness of compliance technology.
• Identify manual processes that can be redesigned or automated.
• Establish appropriate governance for compliance applications, data, and workflows.
• Prepare executive-level reports on compliance technology performance, risks, projects, and investment requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Technology, Finance, Law, Business, Compliance, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience across fintech, banking, RegTech, compliance technology, or financial-services transformation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory processes and enterprise technology.
• Experience managing technology projects and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of APIs, data architecture, automation, cloud technologies, and compliance platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
