We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making, process improvement, and the delivery of business initiatives across the organization.

The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across multiple functions to understand business requirements, analyze operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate complex information into practical recommendations.

The Role

As Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and operational or technical teams. You will investigate business challenges, document requirements, analyze processes, and support the implementation of solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from relevant stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop business cases, process documentation, and analytical reports.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Analyze operational and financial information to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements sessions.
• Support project teams during solution development and implementation.
• Develop performance metrics and monitor business outcomes.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential implementation challenges.
• Present recommendations and analytical findings to management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be curious, structured, and commercially aware, with the ability to examine complex business problems and develop practical solutions. Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and business-analysis tools.
• Familiarity with process-mapping and requirements-management techniques is desirable.
