We are seeking a Blockchain Governance Coordinator to support the administrative framework surrounding blockchain programmes, technology initiatives, internal policies, and governance processes.

The role sits at the intersection of administration, governance, technology, risk, and compliance. It is ideal for a structured professional who enjoys creating clarity around complex programmes and ensuring that important decisions, documentation, and controls remain properly coordinated.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance meetings, committees, reviews, and approval processes.
• Maintain governance calendars, action registers, decision logs, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate documentation for blockchain projects, policies, procedures, and technology initiatives.
• Track governance actions and ensure follow-ups are completed within agreed timelines.
• Support risk, compliance, legal, and technology teams with administrative coordination.
• Maintain structured records of policies, controls, approvals, and operational decisions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and governance summaries.
• Coordinate internal assessments and periodic governance reviews.
• Support the implementation and communication of new policies and procedures.
• Identify gaps in administrative processes and recommend improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in governance, administration, project coordination, risk, compliance, or financial services.
• Excellent documentation and organisational capabilities.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and controlled business processes.
• Interest in blockchain, digital assets, fintech, or emerging technology.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and administrative discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Experience working with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
