Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Architect to contribute to the design and optimization of business, workplace, and digital operating environments in Tallinn. The position focuses on understanding how people, processes, information, applications, and operational systems interact and developing practical structures that improve efficiency, scalability, and organizational performance.

The role is broader than traditional technology architecture and may involve business-process architecture, workplace systems, information flows, administrative platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex organizational requirements into structured and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design business and operational frameworks that support organizational objectives.
• Assess existing workplace systems, processes, applications, and information flows.
• Develop target-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Analyze dependencies between administrative, financial, operational, and technology functions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and eliminate unnecessary process complexity.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to define system and process requirements.
• Develop architecture documentation, process models, capability maps, and implementation plans.
• Support digital workplace and automation initiatives.
• Evaluate the impact of proposed operational changes across departments.
• Establish standards for scalable and sustainable business processes.
• Assist management with technology and operational investment decisions.
• Contribute to continuous-improvement programs and organizational modernization.

Candidate Profile
Candidates should have strong experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture, systems analysis, digital transformation, or operational design. Excellent analytical thinking and stakeholder-management abilities are essential. Experience within fintech, banking, technology, telecommunications, consulting, or another digitally mature sector is advantageous.
