Role Summary

The Fintech Digital Asset Operations Analyst will support operational processes associated with digital asset transactions, platform activity, and related financial records. The role involves reviewing transaction data, monitoring processing workflows, investigating exceptions, and coordinating with technical and compliance teams to resolve operational issues.

The successful candidate will help ensure that digital asset activity is accurately documented and processed in accordance with internal procedures. This position requires strong analytical ability, operational discipline, and an understanding of the technical and control considerations associated with digital asset services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor operational workflows involving digital asset transactions and related platform activity.

• Review transaction records and investigate processing exceptions or inconsistencies.

• Support reconciliation of digital asset activity across internal systems and approved external records.

• Maintain accurate operational logs, case documentation, and transaction-related records.

• Coordinate with technology teams to investigate platform issues and transaction processing failures.

• Work with compliance and risk teams to support established operational controls.

• Assist with operational reviews of transaction status, processing timelines, and exception handling.

• Identify recurring operational issues and recommend improvements to procedures or system workflows.

• Support the preparation of operational reports and performance summaries.

• Maintain clear documentation of processes, escalations, and corrective actions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience in financial operations, digital asset operations, transaction processing, reconciliation, or a comparable role.

• Understanding of digital asset transactions, blockchain fundamentals, or digital financial platforms.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate transaction-level discrepancies.

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and familiarity with operational reporting tools.

• Experience with SQL, blockchain explorers, or transaction monitoring platforms is beneficial.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.

• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

• High attention to detail and sound judgment when handling operational exceptions.

• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto-asset services, or financial infrastructure is an advantage.
