Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent digital products for customers across Estonia and international markets. The successful candidate will lead product design activities from early discovery and concept development through prototyping, usability testing, and final implementation, ensuring that customer needs and business objectives remain central to every design decision.

This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual judgment with user-centred thinking, analytical problem-solving, and a thorough understanding of modern digital product development. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to create digital experiences that are functional, engaging, and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements, user research, and business objectives into clear design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.

• Design responsive web and mobile experiences that provide consistent usability across devices and screen sizes.

• Conduct usability testing, evaluate user feedback, and use behavioural insights to improve product journeys.

• Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts, validate assumptions, and support early-stage product decisions.

• Maintain and improve design systems, reusable components, visual guidelines, and interface documentation.

• Collaborate with engineers throughout implementation to ensure design accuracy, accessibility, and consistency.

• Identify usability challenges and simplify complex workflows without compromising essential functionality.

• Apply accessibility principles and established UX practices to create inclusive digital experiences.

• Participate in design reviews, product discovery sessions, and cross-functional planning meetings.

• Monitor design performance using customer feedback, usability findings, and relevant product analytics.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 4–6 years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI design, or a closely related discipline.

• A portfolio demonstrating successful digital products, design reasoning, user journeys, and high-quality interface execution.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with collaborative prototyping and design documentation tools.

• Practical knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, usability testing, and design systems.

• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback constructively.

• Understanding of how front-end technologies, product requirements, and technical constraints influence design implementation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to detail.
