We are seeking a Fintech Pricing Operations Specialist to support the accuracy and operational integrity of pricing, fees, rates, and commercial parameters across digital financial products.

This specialist position is suited to someone who combines financial understanding with strong analytical discipline. You will work with transaction data, pricing configurations, operational teams, and technology functions to ensure that financial products apply approved pricing structures consistently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pricing and fee configurations across digital financial products and transaction channels.
• Validate that applicable charges, rates, commissions, and pricing rules are correctly reflected in operational systems.
• Investigate discrepancies between approved pricing structures and actual transaction outcomes.
• Analyse transaction samples to identify incorrect charges, missing fees, or unexpected pricing behaviour.
• Support controlled implementation and testing of pricing changes.
• Work closely with finance, product, payments, and technology teams when resolving pricing-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of pricing configurations, changes, approvals, and testing results.
• Prepare recurring reports covering pricing exceptions, discrepancies, and operational trends.
• Investigate customer-impacting pricing issues and coordinate appropriate resolution.
• Support reconciliation between transaction records and expected pricing outcomes.
• Identify recurring manual processes and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to stronger controls around pricing changes and production deployments.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial operations, pricing, or revenue-related functions.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills; SQL or data-analysis experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of digital financial products, payment transactions, or fee structures.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving capabilities.
