A modern financial-services business in Estonia is seeking a commercially aware FX Client Solutions Consultant to support institutional and professional clients using foreign-exchange products and digital financial services.

The role combines FX market knowledge, consultative client management, product expertise, and financial technology. You will help clients understand available solutions while working internally to ensure their requirements are translated into effective operational and product outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients using FX products and services.
• Understand client requirements relating to currency conversion, execution, liquidity, and FX workflows.
• Explain FX products, pricing structures, execution processes, and platform functionality clearly.
• Analyse client activity and identify opportunities to improve their experience.
• Work with trading and liquidity teams on client-specific FX requirements.
• Coordinate with product and technology teams regarding platform enhancements.
• Support onboarding and implementation of sophisticated FX clients.
• Investigate client issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Prepare market and client-activity reports for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor relevant developments in FX markets and financial technology.
• Contribute client feedback to product-development and service-improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong standards of documentation, confidentiality, and regulatory awareness.

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience in FX, banking, brokerage, payments, treasury, fintech, or institutional financial services.
• Strong understanding of foreign-exchange markets and transaction workflows.
• Experience working directly with professional or institutional clients.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Commercial awareness combined with strong analytical ability.
• Comfortable working with financial platforms, CRM systems, and market-data tools.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to clients in practical language.
• Excellent English; additional European languages are advantageous.
