Treasury Specialist – Finance & Corporate Operations

An established business environment in Estonia is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to support cash management, liquidity planning, financial operations, and banking relationships.

You will play an important role in ensuring that financial resources are monitored effectively and that the organisation maintains appropriate visibility over cash positions, payments, funding requirements, and short-term financial obligations.

Working alongside finance, accounting, management, banking partners, and operational teams, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of daily financial activities while also supporting longer-term treasury planning.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity requirements.
• Assist with cash-flow forecasting and financial planning.
• Coordinate and monitor corporate banking activities.
• Support payment processing and reconciliation procedures.
• Track incoming and outgoing funds across relevant accounts.
• Analyse liquidity requirements and identify potential funding gaps.
• Prepare treasury reports and management information.
• Maintain accurate records of banking and treasury activities.
• Support relationships with banks and financial service providers.
• Assist with financial controls and process-improvement initiatives.
• Monitor relevant financial-market developments and their potential business impact.

Your Background

We are looking for a professional with strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and a structured approach to financial operations. Previous experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, accounting, fintech, payments, or financial operations would be an advantage.
