- Reconcile cash balances against accounting records and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of bank balances, cash movements, funding requirements, and treasury transactions.
- Support working capital analysis and recommend improvements to cash utilisation.
- Coordinate with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment operations teams to validate expected cash movements.
- Assist with banking relationship administration, bank account documentation, and periodic account reviews.
- Prepare weekly and monthly liquidity reports for finance leadership.
- Support month-end and year-end treasury reporting, audits, and internal control reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve cash reporting processes and automate repetitive treasury activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in treasury, cash management, financial analysis, accounting, or banking operations.
- Understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, bank reconciliations, and working capital principles.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and financial modelling.
- Experience working with banking portals, accounting systems, ERP platforms, or treasury management systems.
- Ability to analyse cash movements, identify variances, and produce accurate financial reports.
- Strong numerical reasoning, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with EUR cash management, SEPA payments, and European banking operations is an advantage.
- Progress toward professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or ACT treasury qualifications is beneficial.
What We Offer

- Competitive salary based on experience and technical capability.
- Opportunities to develop expertise in liquidity management and treasury analysis.
- Access to modern financial systems and reporting tools.
- Professional development support and relevant finance training.
- Collaboration with experienced finance, accounting, and operations professionals.
- Paid annual leave and additional benefits in accordance with company policy and applicable employment requirements.
