Assist with the preparation of daily and periodic reports covering trading activity, reconciliation status, exception volumes, and operational performance.

Work with technology teams to investigate platform issues, data-feed interruptions, system integration errors, and recurring processing failures.
-
Contribute to the review and documentation of standard operating procedures, reconciliation controls, and trade-processing workflows.
-
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce manual errors through improved reporting or workflow design.
-
Support internal control reviews, operational audits, and requests for transaction documentation when required.
