Description
An opportunity is available for a technically capable Specialist to support digital workplace systems and technology-enabled office operations within a modern professional environment. The role is designed for an individual who can combine practical IT knowledge with strong administrative and customer-service skills to ensure that employees have reliable access to the tools and systems required for their daily work.
The successful candidate will support workplace technology, user-access management, collaboration platforms, office hardware, meeting-room systems, and general digital-workplace services. The Specialist will work closely with internal employees, IT teams, vendors, and management to resolve technical issues and improve the reliability of workplace systems.
The position will also contribute to digitalization projects, automation initiatives, technology upgrades, and improvements to employee productivity. Strong troubleshooting abilities, communication skills, and attention to security and documentation will be important.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for office employees.
- Configure and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and workplace equipment.
- Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, collaboration platforms, and business applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests according to internal procedures.
- Support meeting-room technology, video-conferencing systems, and presentation equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and workplace-technology issues.
- Maintain accurate records of technology assets and support activities.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Assist with implementation of new workplace technologies.
- Support digitalization and office-automation projects.
- Prepare user guides and basic technical documentation.
- Monitor recurring technical problems and recommend long-term solutions.
- Promote responsible technology use and basic information-security practices.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Degree, diploma, or professional certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in IT support, workplace technology, or corporate technical services.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with cloud productivity platforms and user-management systems.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests professionally.
