Position Overview

The Specialist will support the optimization of supply-chain and logistics operations through data, digital technologies, process improvement, and operational analysis.

The role focuses on improving inventory management, transportation coordination, warehouse efficiency, supplier performance, and delivery operations. The successful candidate will work across commercial, technology, warehouse, procurement, and transportation teams to improve supply-chain visibility and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply-chain and logistics processes.
• Monitor inventory levels, delivery performance, transportation costs, and supplier KPIs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Support digitalization of logistics and warehouse operations.
• Develop reports and dashboards for supply-chain performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Analyze demand and supply patterns to support forecasting.
• Assist with inventory optimization and replenishment planning.
• Evaluate transportation routes and delivery performance.
• Support implementation of warehouse-management and logistics technologies.
• Identify opportunities for automation within supply-chain operations.
• Monitor supplier performance and operational risks.
• Support procurement and vendor-management activities.
• Develop process documentation and operational improvement plans.
• Research emerging logistics and supply-chain technologies.
