Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the definition of technical solutions for customer proposals and new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with sales and capture teams to align customer expectations with technical feasibility.

  • Act as the main technical point of contact during the pre-sales and bidding process.

  • Prepare and review solution concepts, system configurations, and technical documentation.

  • Recommend the engineering scope of work for the bid and delivery phases.

  • Coordinate input across engineering, product, project, and finance teams.

  • Ensure all technical aspects of the offer comply with customer and industry standards.

  • Contribute to workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.

  • Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
