Role Summary

The Senior WealthTech Product Manager will lead the development and continuous improvement of digital investment products, including portfolio management tools, investment accounts and wealth-building features. The role involves translating customer needs, market opportunities and business objectives into product strategies that deliver measurable value while meeting applicable financial services requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps for digital wealth management and investment platforms.

• Identify customer needs and market opportunities through research, user feedback and competitor analysis.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, data and investment teams to deliver product improvements.

• Develop product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Monitor product performance using engagement, retention, conversion and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Support the integration of portfolio analytics, investment insights and account management capabilities.

• Ensure product features align with relevant regulatory, security and data protection requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems or a related discipline.

• At least five years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, WealthTech, digital banking or investment services.

• Demonstrated experience managing digital financial products from discovery through launch.

• Strong understanding of investment accounts, portfolio management concepts and customer investment journeys.

• Experience working with Agile development teams, analytics tools and product management platforms.

• Excellent communication, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
