About the role

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the TA and Commercial departments to deliver hiring excellence across 50+ entities worldwide. You’ll take ownership of business-critical roles, proactively build strong talent pipelines, and drive effective stakeholder engagement. With a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement, you’ll help ensure our Operations teams are equipped to scale and perform at their best.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

• Use data and metrics to track and optimise recruiting effectiveness.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex roles, from sourcing to closing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Maintain a diverse talent pipeline and enhance employer branding..

• Champion diversity, inclusion, and compliance throughout the recruitment process.

About you:

• You have 5+ years of experience in global recruitment and senior-level stakeholder management.

• You have proven success sourcing and hiring top talent across functions and geographies.

• You have strong knowledge of recruiting systems, tools, and channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

• You have excellent data analysis, communication, and consulting skills.

• You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
