We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape end-to-end digital experiences, influence product direction, and help transform complex customer needs into clear, effective, and engaging product solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will take ownership of the design process from early discovery and research through prototyping, validation, and delivery. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify user problems, define design opportunities, and deliver experiences that balance customer needs with business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong UX and UI capabilities with strategic thinking, user research expertise, and a portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex design challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives across web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis to understand customer needs.
• Translate user insights and business requirements into user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop polished, accessible, and consistent interfaces aligned with product objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers to define problems, explore solutions, and priorities design opportunities.
• Work closely with software engineers to ensure design feasibility, implementation quality, and consistency.
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, interaction patterns, and reusable design assets.
• Apply usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design practices throughout the design process.
• Validate design concepts through testing, feedback, and iterative refinement.
• Use product analytics and qualitative research to identify usability issues and improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor designers where appropriate and contribute to the development of design standards and team practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, or digital experience design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects and measurable improvements to user experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and familiarity with modern prototyping and collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of user-center design, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design decisions.
• Practical knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and design system development.
• Understanding of front-end development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and component-based interfaces.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and commercial priorities.
• Professional proficiency in English; Estonian language skills are an advantage depending on the product and customer base.
