Description
About the Company
We are an ambitious technology business developing digital products and services for customers across Estonia and international markets. Our growth strategy combines customer-focused product development, rigorous experimentation, and sustainable revenue generation.
We are expanding our growth function and are seeking an experienced product leader who can identify commercial opportunities, improve monetisation, and establish scalable experimentation practices across the product organisation.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead initiatives that increase revenue, improve monetisation, and strengthen the commercial performance of our digital products. You will own key growth opportunities from discovery through implementation, using quantitative analysis and controlled experiments to determine which initiatives deliver sustainable business impact.
Working closely with product, engineering, marketing, finance, and data science teams, you will develop growth strategies, optimise pricing and packaging experiences, and build a structured approach to experimentation and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the growth roadmap, focusing on monetisation, revenue expansion, and sustainable customer value.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, increase average revenue per user, expand paid adoption, and strengthen customer lifetime value.
- Develop and evaluate product initiatives involving pricing presentation, subscription plans, premium features, cross-selling, and upselling, where relevant to the business model.
- Establish an experimentation framework covering hypothesis development, prioritisation, test design, execution, and evaluation.
- Use product analytics, financial data, and customer research to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
- Design experiments with clear success metrics, guardrail metrics, and appropriate evaluation methods.
- Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to assess revenue impact, unit economics, customer acquisition costs, and payback periods.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver monetisation improvements and scalable growth features.
- Analyse customer segments, purchasing behaviour, and conversion patterns to identify opportunities for product expansion.
- Monitor KPIs such as revenue conversion, average revenue per user, customer lifetime value, gross margin, retention, and experiment performance.
- Ensure that monetisation strategies support transparent customer experiences and comply with applicable consumer protection and regulatory requirements.
- Present growth performance, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Coach colleagues on experimentation standards, evidence-based prioritisation, and growth product practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in product management, growth strategy, monetisation, or digital business optimisation.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements in revenue, conversion, product adoption, or customer value.
- Strong understanding of product experimentation, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and growth measurement.
- Experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret experiment results, assess commercial trade-offs, and develop business cases.
- Familiarity with SQL, data visualisation, or statistical analysis is an advantage.
- Experience collaborating with product design, engineering, marketing, finance, and data teams.
- Understanding of pricing strategy, subscription economics, or digital monetisation models is beneficial.
- Excellent leadership, communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional English proficiency; Estonian language skills are an advantage.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and a performance-oriented compensation structure, where applicable.
- Flexible hybrid or remote working arrangements, subject to business requirements.
- The opportunity to influence product strategy, monetisation, and business growth.
- Access to modern analytics platforms and experimentation tools.
- Collaboration with experienced professionals across product, technology, data, and commercial functions.
- Support for professional development and leadership growth.
- Opportunities to progress into Head of Growth Product, Director of Product, or broader product strategy leadership roles.
