Role Overview

The company is looking for a Crypto Product Manager to lead the development of cryptocurrency wallet and digital asset payment products. You will be responsible for improving the end-to-end customer journey, from account setup and wallet creation to asset transfers, transaction monitoring, and payment completion.

The ideal candidate combines customer-focused product thinking with a practical understanding of blockchain transactions, wallet infrastructure, and payment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for cryptocurrency wallets and digital asset payment features.
• Research customer needs and identify opportunities to simplify wallet setup, asset management, and payment workflows.
• Translate business requirements and user research into product specifications and prioritised development plans.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on wallet integrations, blockchain connectivity, transaction status tracking, and payment processing.
• Improve customer journeys for sending, receiving, storing, and managing supported digital assets.
• Work with security specialists to incorporate appropriate safeguards for authentication, transaction confirmation, and account recovery.
• Coordinate with compliance and operations teams on applicable customer verification, transaction monitoring, and risk-control requirements.
• Evaluate user feedback, support requests, and product analytics to identify friction points.
• Define and monitor metrics such as onboarding completion, transaction success rate, payment completion time, retention, and support contact rate.
• Coordinate product testing, release planning, launch communication, and post-launch optimisation.
• Assess potential integrations with blockchain networks, payment providers, and third-party wallet infrastructure.
• Maintain product documentation and communicate dependencies, risks, and delivery priorities.
• Monitor wallet, payments, and digital asset industry developments to identify relevant product opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, payments, digital wallets, or cryptocurrency.
• Understanding of blockchain transactions, wallet architecture, network fees, transaction confirmations, and token transfers.
• Experience defining product requirements and managing cross-functional delivery.
• Familiarity with payment flows, transaction reconciliation, customer onboarding, or financial account functionality.
• Knowledge of authentication, account security, and common digital wallet user challenges.
• Experience with product analytics and customer feedback tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer-facing product experiences.
• Strong prioritisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working in a remote, international environment.
