We are seeking a Senior Fintech Infrastructure Engineer to build and operate the resilient technology infrastructure supporting high-availability financial platforms.

This is a senior engineering role for someone who understands that fintech infrastructure must deliver more than speed—it must provide reliability, observability, security, and predictable performance under demanding workloads.

The Role

You will work across cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, automation, networking, monitoring, and reliability. You will help engineering teams deploy services safely while establishing infrastructure capable of supporting continuous product growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure for financial applications.
• Build infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps practices.
• Develop reliable CI/CD pipelines supporting frequent and controlled software delivery.
• Improve system availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
• Optimize infrastructure performance and cloud expenditure.
• Establish secure networking, access management, secrets management, and deployment practices.
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvements.
• Develop reusable infrastructure components for engineering teams.
• Support capacity planning and performance testing for critical financial services.
• Collaborate with security engineers to strengthen cloud and platform security.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to infrastructure standards.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent understanding of Linux, networking, containers, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and Docker experience.
• Strong Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform or similar technologies.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management capabilities.
• Understanding of security requirements within financial or regulated environments.
