An internationally focused fintech company in Estonia is looking for a Senior Fintech Commercial Intelligence Manager to strengthen the analytical foundation behind revenue, market expansion, pricing, and strategic business decisions.

This role is designed for a commercially minded analytical leader who can connect financial data, customer behaviour, market intelligence, and operational performance to provide clear insight for senior decision-makers.

The Role

You will develop analytical frameworks that help leadership understand where commercial opportunities exist, how products perform across different markets, and where operational or customer trends may affect business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial intelligence frameworks across products, markets, customers, and revenue channels.
• Analyse revenue performance, customer economics, transaction activity, retention, and acquisition trends.
• Build forecasting models and scenario analyses for strategic planning.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis across European fintech sectors.
• Evaluate pricing structures, product economics, and commercial opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards and recurring management reports.
• Partner with finance, product, sales, marketing, and strategy teams.
• Identify patterns and opportunities within customer and transaction data.
• Support market-entry analysis and expansion planning.
• Develop business cases for new products, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
• Establish consistent definitions and analytical methodologies across business functions.
• Present complex findings to senior leadership in a clear, commercially relevant manner.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in commercial analytics, strategy, fintech, banking, consulting, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and financial-modelling capabilities.
• Excellent SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills; Python or similar tools are advantageous.
• Experience analysing financial products, customer economics, or transaction data.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, forecasting, segmentation, and business performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to convert complex datasets into practical commercial insights.

Analytical Environment

Cloud data platforms, SQL, Python, BI systems, financial models, customer analytics, transaction datasets, forecasting tools, and executive reporting frameworks.
