Role Summary

The Senior Financial Product Implementation Specialist will coordinate the implementation and deployment of fintech products for business customers and financial service partners.

The position involves translating customer requirements into practical implementation plans, coordinating technical configurations, supporting integration activities, and ensuring that financial products are successfully introduced into operational environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, software engineers, financial operations teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure that implementation projects are delivered efficiently and according to agreed requirements.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial technology products, implementation methodologies, and customer-facing technical coordination. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking, project coordination skills, and practical knowledge of digital financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of financial technology products across customer accounts, business platforms, and financial service environments.

• Gather and document customer requirements relating to financial product functionality, operational workflows, and technical integrations.

• Develop implementation plans covering project milestones, configuration requirements, testing activities, and deployment schedules.

• Coordinate with engineering teams to support product configuration, API integration, and technical implementation activities.

• Manage implementation-related communication with customers and relevant internal stakeholders.

• Support testing and validation of financial product functionality before production deployment.

• Investigate implementation issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions with technical and operational teams.

• Maintain implementation documentation, project records, configuration details, and customer-specific requirements.

• Monitor implementation progress and identify risks that may affect project delivery or product readiness.

• Support the transition of implemented products into ongoing customer operations and service management.

• Identify opportunities to improve implementation procedures, onboarding workflows, and product deployment efficiency.

• Prepare implementation status reports and communicate project progress to relevant stakeholders.

• Contribute to product feedback initiatives by communicating customer implementation challenges to product development teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least three years of experience in fintech implementation, financial product delivery, technical onboarding, or financial systems deployment.

• Strong understanding of digital financial services, payment platforms, banking technology, or financial software products.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into implementation specifications.

• Familiarity with API integrations, technical configuration, and software implementation processes.

• Experience coordinating projects involving technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple implementation activities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with project management tools and implementation tracking systems.

• Understanding of financial services operational processes and customer onboarding requirements.

• Experience with SaaS implementation or enterprise financial software is advantageous.
