Role Summary

The Digital Finance Product Implementation Consultant will coordinate the implementation of fintech products for business clients and financial service partners. The role involves gathering client requirements, documenting operational processes, supporting product configuration and coordinating implementation activities with internal technical teams.

The successful candidate will help ensure that digital finance solutions are deployed effectively and that clients understand how to use the implemented services. The position requires a combination of financial technology knowledge, project coordination and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of digital financial products for business clients and partner organisations.

• Gather client requirements and document operational needs, technical dependencies and expected outcomes.

• Analyse client workflows and identify how fintech products can support their financial operations.

• Work with product and engineering teams to translate client requirements into implementation tasks.

• Support product configuration, account setup and operational readiness activities.

• Coordinate testing and validation of financial product functionality before client deployment.

• Assist clients with onboarding procedures, system setup and initial product adoption.

• Monitor implementation timelines and follow up on outstanding technical or operational requirements.

• Maintain implementation documentation, project records and client-specific configuration details.

• Investigate implementation issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate technical specialists.

• Prepare training materials and operational guidance for client users.

• Communicate implementation progress, risks and milestones to relevant stakeholders.

• Support post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes.

• Gather client feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities to internal teams.

• Ensure that implementation activities follow internal security, compliance and data handling procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline.

• Experience in fintech implementation, financial services consulting, product delivery or client operations.

• Understanding of digital payments, banking technology or financial software platforms.

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to gather business requirements and document operational workflows.

• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations or software implementation processes is an advantage.

• Experience coordinating user acceptance testing and product onboarding.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple implementation activities and maintain accurate documentation.

• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate with distributed teams.
