Senior Digital Finance Product Manager

Lead the Product Strategy Behind Next-Generation Financial Services

A fast-growing fintech organization in Estonia is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Finance Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of innovative financial products serving modern European customers.

This is a high-impact product leadership role for someone who can combine financial-services expertise, technology, customer insight, and commercial thinking to transform complex financial requirements into intuitive, scalable digital products. You will work across engineering, design, data, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to take products from strategic concept through launch and long-term optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for digital financial products and customer-facing platforms.
• Translate customer needs, market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and business objectives into clear product initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through development, launch, and optimization.
• Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to define functional requirements, product specifications, and technical priorities.
• Develop solutions across areas such as digital accounts, payments, financial management, onboarding, transaction services, and embedded finance.
• Use customer research, product analytics, experimentation, and market intelligence to guide product decisions.
• Establish measurable product KPIs covering adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, revenue, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure products incorporate appropriate regulatory and control requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional product initiatives involving technology, design, operations, security, data, and commercial stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve customer journeys through APIs, AI, data, and financial technology.
• Manage product priorities within complex technical environments while maintaining a strong focus on customer and business outcomes.
• Present product strategy, performance, and investment recommendations to senior leadership.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably within fintech, banking, payments, financial technology, or digital financial services.
• Demonstrated experience taking complex digital products from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of financial products, digital customer journeys, payment ecosystems, or banking technology.
• Experience working with software engineering and technology teams in Agile or product-led environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make evidence-based product decisions.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, data products, digital identity, and modern financial technology architectures.
• Experience defining product requirements, roadmaps, KPIs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication capabilities.
• Commercial awareness combined with a strong customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills; experience working across European markets is advantageous.

Product Environment

The role may cover digital banking, payment services, embedded finance, financial APIs, customer onboarding, personal financial management, automated financial services, open banking, and data-driven product experiences.
