About the role

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Map end-to-end category operations, identifying current-state gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and document category playbooks covering requirements, configurations, hygiene, and city readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functionally (Local Ops, LCM, Growth, Pricing, Analytics, Support, Product) to execute initiatives and measure impact.
• Set up and monitor core KPIs, publish regular performance overviews, and drive action plans for top/bottom markets.
• Lead targeted pilots in priority cities, translate learnings into scalable playbooks, and ensure market readiness.
• Configure and launch new categories through internal tools and maintain related trackers, reports, and insights.

About you

• You have a proven experience in operations, strategy, or program work in marketplace or mobility
• You have strong analytical skills and comfort with SQL or Looker basics
• You have excellent written communication and playbook creation skills
• You have a proven ability to coordinate cross functionally and execute on ground
