We are seeking a Digital Asset Operations Manager to establish disciplined operational processes around digital-asset services while coordinating closely with technology, finance, compliance, and external infrastructure partners.

This role is suited to an experienced financial-services operator who understands digital assets and can translate complex transaction flows into controlled, auditable processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities across digital-asset products and services.
• Coordinate wallet, custody, settlement, transfer, and reconciliation processes.
• Monitor transaction flows and investigate operational exceptions.
• Establish procedures for digital-asset movements and operational approvals.
• Reconcile blockchain activity against internal financial records.
• Coordinate with custody providers, exchanges, payment partners, and technology vendors.
• Develop operational controls around asset movements and transaction processing.
• Support treasury activities involving digital assets where applicable.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Work with Compliance and Risk teams on operational control requirements.
• Coordinate incident resolution involving transaction delays, reconciliation differences, or infrastructure failures.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational processes.
• Develop operational reporting for management and relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial operations, payments, treasury, custody, fintech, or digital-asset operations.
• Practical understanding of blockchain transaction mechanics and digital-asset infrastructure.
• Strong reconciliation and financial-control experience.
• Experience working with operational systems, financial ledgers, and external service providers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to operate effectively across technology, finance, compliance, and operations teams.
