Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the revenue operations process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Collaborate with the data analytics and finance teams on strategic projects to support growth initiatives and revenue forecasting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key revenue metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Lead cross-functional projects to support strategic revenue initiatives.
- Enhance sales pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency.
- Support scalability efforts by implementing systems and processes for growth.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in revenue operations within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working closely with data analytics and finance teams to align on revenue and growth strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is highly beneficial, as we use it to manage our CRM and revenue-tracking processes.
- Experience with other sales tools and CRM systems is a plus.
