Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the revenue operations process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Collaborate with the data analytics and finance teams on strategic projects to support growth initiatives and revenue forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key revenue metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to support strategic revenue initiatives.
  • Enhance sales pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency.
  • Support scalability efforts by implementing systems and processes for growth.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue operations within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working closely with data analytics and finance teams to align on revenue and growth strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is highly beneficial, as we use it to manage our CRM and revenue-tracking processes.
  • Experience with other sales tools and CRM systems is a plus.
