We are seeking an innovative Researcher to contribute to pharmaceutical and biomedical research programmes focused on the development, testing, and improvement of new scientific and healthcare solutions. The position is suitable for a research professional with strong laboratory, analytical, and scientific capabilities.

The successful candidate will participate in research projects involving experimental design, laboratory testing, scientific data analysis, technology validation, and research documentation. Depending on the programme, the role may involve drug-development research, diagnostics, biotechnology, molecular biology, biomaterials, or biomedical technologies.

The Researcher will work within multidisciplinary teams consisting of scientists, laboratory specialists, engineers, clinicians, data professionals, and external research partners. The position requires rigorous scientific methodology, careful documentation, and the ability to communicate research findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct laboratory and biomedical research activities.
• Develop experimental protocols and research methodologies.
• Collect, process, and analyze scientific data.
• Evaluate experimental results and identify meaningful findings.
• Support validation of pharmaceutical or biomedical technologies.
• Maintain detailed laboratory and research documentation.
• Prepare technical reports, research summaries, and presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary scientific and technical teams.
• Investigate emerging pharmaceutical and biotechnology developments.
• Support research-quality and laboratory-quality processes.
• Contribute to research publications, intellectual property initiatives, or technology-transfer activities where appropriate.
• Assist with research planning, project milestones, and scientific reviews.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience conducting laboratory or biomedical research.
• Strong experimental and quantitative analytical skills.
• Familiarity with scientific research software and laboratory technologies.
• Excellent scientific writing and documentation abilities.
• Strong attention to accuracy, research integrity, and methodological consistency.
