Position Overview

We are looking for a commercially aware and customer-focused Real Estate Consultant to support clients with property-related enquiries, market research, property transactions, and professional advisory services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships while providing reliable information and guidance throughout different stages of the property process.

This role requires an individual with strong communication and negotiation abilities, a professional approach to customer service, and an interest in property markets and commercial development. The Real Estate Consultant will work with clients, property owners, potential buyers, tenants, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful business relationships and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with property searches, enquiries, and real estate requirements.
• Conduct research into local property markets and emerging trends.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and property stakeholders.
• Coordinate property viewings and client meetings.
• Prepare property information, presentations, and relevant documentation.
• Support negotiations between clients and other relevant parties.
• Monitor market developments and identify potential business opportunities.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the property process.
• Maintain accurate client records and property-related information.
• Support marketing and promotional activities relating to available properties and services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, property services, or business development is beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness and interest in property markets.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements.
• Professional proficiency in English; Estonian or additional European languages are advantageous.
