Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Consultant to support organizations with strategic planning, operational improvement, business analysis, and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to understand complex business challenges, assess existing processes, develop practical recommendations, and support the implementation of improvements.

The role requires a combination of analytical thinking, business awareness, communication ability, and structured problem-solving. The Consultant will contribute to projects involving organizational performance, process optimization, technology adoption, cost efficiency, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations, organizational structures, and existing processes.
• Conduct research and gather information required for strategic projects.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, reports, and strategic documentation.
• Work directly with internal stakeholders and project teams to understand business requirements.
• Support the implementation of transformation and process-improvement initiatives.
• Monitor project outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis where required.
• Assist with strategic planning, forecasting, and organizational development activities.
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for management.
• Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders throughout project engagements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in consulting, business analysis, strategy, operations, or project management.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work with quantitative and qualitative information.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
• Familiarity with business intelligence or analytical platforms is advantageous.
• Professional English proficiency is required; Estonian language skills are an advantage.
