About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of innovative digital financial products for the Estonian and wider European market. This role is designed for a professional who can combine customer insight, technology awareness, business strategy, and product execution.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and senior leadership teams to transform complex financial and customer requirements into practical, scalable, and user-focused digital solutions. You will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from strategic planning and discovery through development, launch, performance monitoring, and future enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the strategic roadmap for digital financial products.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging technology trends.
• Work closely with software engineers and UX/UI professionals throughout product development.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Monitor product performance using relevant business and customer metrics.
• Coordinate product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure products meet operational and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market and competitor research across Estonia and the wider European financial technology ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in product management, fintech, digital banking, payments, or technology.
• Strong understanding of digital product development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and internationally connected environment.
• Experience working with Agile teams will be highly beneficial.
