About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead operational teams responsible for delivering efficient, consistent, and high-quality digital financial services.

The successful candidate will combine people leadership with operational discipline, performance management, process improvement, and strategic execution. You will establish clear objectives for your team, monitor performance, resolve operational challenges, and collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.

This position requires a confident leader who can manage competing priorities while maintaining strong standards of performance, customer service, and operational control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Establish objectives, performance indicators, and departmental priorities.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and operational performance.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with technology, product, finance, risk, and customer-service teams.
• Prepare management reports covering performance and operational trends.
• Manage escalated operational issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
• Establish effective procedures and operational standards.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives designed to improve business efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in management, financial services, fintech, technology, or operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with performance measurement and process improvement.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.
