Position Overview

The Principal will lead the strategic and technological development of digital wealth-management and investment solutions. The role combines investment technology, portfolio analytics, digital customer experiences, financial data, automation, and fintech product innovation.

The successful candidate will help develop sophisticated platforms that enable individuals and businesses to access investment information, portfolio-management tools, financial insights, and digitally delivered wealth services. The position requires strong understanding of both financial markets and technology-enabled financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic frameworks for digital investment and WealthTech products.
• Lead initiatives involving portfolio analytics, investment platforms, financial dashboards, and digital wealth services.
• Evaluate emerging investment technologies and their commercial applications.
• Define requirements for automated investment and portfolio-management capabilities.
• Analyze customer investment behavior and develop data-driven product strategies.
• Work with engineering and product teams to build scalable digital investment infrastructure.
• Establish KPIs covering assets under management, customer engagement, product adoption, retention, and revenue.
• Evaluate financial-data providers, investment APIs, and technology integrations.
• Develop analytical frameworks for portfolio performance and customer financial intelligence.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, cybersecurity, data, and product teams.
• Analyze European WealthTech trends and emerging digital investment models.
• Develop strategic business cases for new financial products and services.
• Prepare investment technology assessments and executive-level recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement of digital investment experiences.

Candidate Profile
