Position Overview

The Principal will provide technical and strategic leadership for blockchain-enabled financial infrastructure, digital-asset platforms, tokenization initiatives, and emerging financial technologies. The role requires the ability to bridge sophisticated distributed-system architecture with practical financial applications.

The successful candidate will evaluate blockchain technologies, design scalable infrastructure, and help establish secure systems capable of supporting digital-asset transactions, financial applications, and integrations with conventional payment and banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technology strategy for blockchain-based financial infrastructure.
• Evaluate distributed-ledger technologies and their applications within fintech.
• Design frameworks for digital-asset transaction processing, custody infrastructure, and settlement.
• Develop strategies for tokenized financial instruments and blockchain-based financial products.
• Design secure APIs connecting blockchain infrastructure with traditional financial systems.
• Evaluate smart-contract architectures, interoperability solutions, and blockchain protocols.
• Establish performance, scalability, availability, and security requirements.
• Work with cybersecurity specialists to identify vulnerabilities across blockchain environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, data scientists, risk professionals, and compliance teams.
• Develop technical standards for wallet infrastructure and digital-asset platforms.
• Assess emerging Web3 technologies and determine their commercial and operational potential.
• Produce architecture documentation, technical assessments, implementation plans, and technology roadmaps.
