Description

About the role

As a People Business Partner, you’ll shape and execute the people strategy for the business area you support, ensuring it is closely aligned with Bolt’s business priorities and wider People agenda.
You’ll work as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and their leadership teams, providing strategic guidance and coaching across organisational design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, talent development, performance, and engagement. By combining people data with a deep understanding of the business, you’ll identify emerging needs and turn them into practical, scalable solutions.
You’ll also partner closely with our People Centres of Expertise and Regional People teams to bring global programmes to life, integrate business-specific insights into our People practices, and help Bolt continue scaling effectively.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and leadership teams to design and deliver people strategies that support their business priorities and our  long-term success.
  • Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and organisational development initiatives that enable sustainable growth and effective scaling.
  • Coach leaders through periods of change, supporting leadership effectiveness, team development, employee engagement, and high performance.
  • Use people data and organisational insights to identify challenges, guide decision-making, and develop practical, evidence-based solutions.
  • Drive talent and development strategies, including succession planning, individual development, and initiatives that strengthen organisational capability.
  • Partner with Regional People teams and Centres of Expertise to deliver core programmes, including performance management, compensation reviews, and engagement surveys.

About you

  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, and taking ownership while maintaining sound judgement, integrity, and a high standard of execution.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
