ABOUT THE JOB

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Conduct account/customer reviews (Enhanced Due Diligence) using Luminor’s systems, public data bases and internal information according to internal guidelines and procedures
  • Validate and enter received information into banking systems according to internal guidelines and procedures using tools provided by Luminor
  • Communicate with customers via remote channels (e-mail, internet banking) to collect necessary information
  • Document findings and make recommendations to other business units
  • Complete detailed documentation of steps taken through account/customer review, investigation, and escalation process, as well as documentation of information gathered during the investigation process within Luminor systems
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials and presentation of customers in the Customer Risk Committee
  • Maintain contact with relevant structural units responsible for communication with customers to obtain information about customer’s activity
  • Provide support to Structural Units on CDD/EDD/OEDD/KYC matters

 

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 1-2 years experience with banking or other relevant industry where is required professional skills in KYC/EDD/OEDD/AML & etc
  • High commitment to the current and prospective CDD/EDD/OEDD/KYC needs, keeping pro-actively updated on the upcoming regulatory changes
  • High ethical standards, integrity, good reputation and commitment to best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluent Estonian and English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
