We are seeking a highly capable and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and strengthen operational activities within a modern manufacturing environment in Estonia. The Operations Manager will play an important role in improving productivity, reducing operational inefficiencies, strengthening workplace processes, and ensuring that production activities meet established quality and safety standards. This professional will also contribute to workforce planning, performance monitoring, equipment utilization, and the implementation of modern manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily manufacturing and operational activities.
